I said that up until the second "surprise!". I love my kids to death, but I had zero to do with how they came about. It was either that, or stick with the ol' reliable "babies don't grow in throats and buttholes" tactic.
Make sure the wife is not in the operating room when this happens... She might convince them to castrate, as opposed to cauterize...
As far as regulating meds and gun ownership... My intuition tells me, that we should be looking at regulating people on certain drugs...
The guy taking Xanax after a divorce to sleep at night, not so much. Someone on more potent antipsychotic meds... Maybe we should consider restrictions???

Call it denial if you will. When your wife is on BC, and "forgets" to take it for a few weeks (twice), somethings up. Especially when she admits later to doing it on purpose.
