this might work on pheasant or grouse too. I will say I use no exact recipie except when baking. I had a whole cleaned chickin' Rubbed with greek seasoning and garlic powder. 0ne lemon. I peeled the rind with a fine shreddar. No white stuff. rubbed the lemon rind into the skin forked the remaining lemon. stuffed the lemon into the bird grilled on divided charchol one hour equals yummy.
