Would like to get on some crane hunting in Kansas. For probably 3 guys.Could maybe swap a couple days turkey hunting for a couple guys. Our bird population is pretty good.I am about 4 miles from Missouri line in bourbon county.Pm me if interested.could work out some other options maybe.I'm very flexible with work hours.

I have friends that hammer on cranes in northern Ok. I'll be heading down in dec or jan and can get a spot for you. Decoy hunting up close and tight. We shot 79 in 3 days last January out of one field. I'd be all over a turkey hunt in Ks. like a fat kid on a cupcake.

If I am remembering correctly you can't shoot a Sandhill Crane east of I-35. I-35 is about an hour and 15 mins give or take from Tulsa.

We have a (closed to hunting) huge population here.

    Are they good to eat?

    (sorry for the de-rail)
