    Right now I am reading or have read:

    De Shootinest gent'men
    Wildfowler's Season
    Getting the most out of modern waterfowling

    And would like some more suggestions.

    A Hunter's Fireside Book: Tales of Dogs, Ducks, Birds and Guns
    by Gene Hill

    And yes The Old Man and the Boy is a GREAT book!

    Broaden your horizons...

    Read "a pastel of hate" by Joe Epley.

    And a good waterfowl book I didn't see mentioned "The Bluebills died at dawn".

    That was the name of a Gordon MacQuarrie story from the book "Last Stories of the Old Duck Hunters". :yes
