    Agree. Holds very good numbers of birds especially when wooded creek water backs up. Lots of acorns holds many puddle ducks. Good advice. Thanks

    Show for spring I’ve had the establishment with had water at the right times unfortunately zero drawl down so far but the Lotus has been kept under control as well lots of Russia’s etc. on the banks

    Also have some pretty large mats Of pondweed. We had acres of wigeongrass last year that held ducks all year-huge numbers early season as well

    I understand nutritional value of pondweed excellent- thoughts? I will seed some BYG if the mud flats allow
