Looking for suggestions on low salt seasoning mixes. Will primarily be used in a smoker.

Not sure if you're after jerky or what but this guy is a friend of mine. Became a friend after I started buying his spice kits as he's only a few miles away. Mike aka papa does this cause he loves sausage and it's his hobby. he gives all kinds of free advice and actually volunteered to come show me how to make it. He does a lot for charity wild game dinners too. Just all around good guy that's not doing it to get rich. They are mainly sausage spices but I use the summer sausage and teriyaki for ground snack sticks.

I actually just re-stocked last week and we had a conversation about salt in his kits. He trys to use as little salt as possible and add more spice. He just changed the teriyaki kit for less salt. I don't think he has the new kits in yet. give him a try, tell em dave sent ya.
