A friend says we should try a hunt around Minnedosa, Manitoba. Q:. Are there opportunities to hunt fields on our own? Or has the area been leased up by guides, and/or all posted?
I am 65. He is 81. Lots of experience, but first time to that area.

If it isn't posted permission is still a requirement, we run into guys hunting every year that haven't asked permission.

posted or not, permission will be needed from landowner.

You are heading into a very busy area. Yes a few guides around, yes a lot of NR's in that area as well. Seems to be a favorite area among NR's. Lots of fields, and lots of competition for those fields !!! It can be a rat race for a few weeks in that area......

    Not for me.....
