Used them last year. 4 out of 6 leaked even though I put additional seals on and mounted them on top of pink (painted grey) insulation floats, they roll over with any type of chop and the blades were not black/white so the flash was not as pronounced as I hoped.

Returned them to mojo and they sent me a floating bluebill (my choice).

I thought they would really work well....not so much.

I experienced the leaking and tipping problems too. I would not recommend them.

Used them many of times, mainly in matted hydrilla. Have had no issues, however I am using a three way swivel underneath to attach my weight. Not sure if it helps but have not had any problems with them tipping. Not using much weight either being that the hydrilla helps with keeping them in place.

Bought 6 to try them out, half way thru the season I was down to two. None worked two weeks before seasons end. To be fair I hunted them in open water salt, but kept them to the inside where it wasn't quite as bumpy - but still got bounced a bit.
Good idea, they just need to improve on it.
