So, you guys who know me know I'm "old school" when it comes to equipment however, I'm evolving some.

Bought the MOJO King Mallard. Modified it for deep water, hunting divers. It wouldn't take a charge. (before I ever used it) Already modified, I thought I was screwed regarding warranty. Sent it back after talking to the guy in Technical department. I didn't have receipt, etc...

He sent me a brand new one, no argument. I was surprised and told him that, through the years some of my buds had issues after a couple of uses. They too didn't have all their warranty info/receipts to present.

The guy told me if you ever have a problem like that, they'll honor it whether you have all the paperwork or not.....Damn, that's refreshing , real customer satisfaction. New unit works like a champ. I just thought I'd share with you guys in case something like this happens to you.

    Happy Hunting

Does the warranty cover water and shot damage?

I suspect that it covers something THEY did wrong, not what WE did wrong.

Mojos are definitely not old school. Something about the battery powered assist that just seems to water down the whole concept of fair chase.
