Well I am to darned tired to elaborate but will later! It was an awesome morning that I will never forget as I took my first black yote!!!! I first laid eyes on him at 7:19am and finally killed him at 10:13am. I called the pair in to 200 yards and they bedded down! I had to wait them out and it finally paid off! I obviosly shot the black one first so #37 for this year will be a special number that I will prolly NEVER forget. THANK GOD the 22-250 did'nt tear it up to bad! I am thinking about a full body mount. I have it skinned and left about 5-6 inches of leg and the paws...The rifle did its part, the Burnham Brothers "Mini Blaster" did its as well and finally the shooter did his and DANG I AM ESTATIC!!!

Most of them came from my county and three other surrounding counties. My foxes came from In. as well. All my cats came from Ky. and I think about 6-7 yotes came from Ky this year...I count my years from Oct. to April as I leave them alone through the puppy season for the most part and start on them when they get the crops out of the fields in Oct or very late Sept. I will post some more pics when I get a chance! Till then good hunting!

Keep on killin 'em. I had a pack of yotes runnin into me while I was turkey huntin last year in Spencer County. I thought I was gonna have to blast one with my 3 1/2" turkey shells. But after they got to about 15 yards away from me, they took off.
