Motion in the decoys

    How do you carry that into the refuge, after you check in?

    Here in Mississippi we don't have restrictions on motion decoys of any kind. We would just load it up with the guns and other decoys in a sled and pull it in or just put it in the boat with us. Have to remember, those old Minn Kota 24 lbs thrust motors are small, and so is a mower/4 wheeler battery. You can find them cheap because most people either are getting new ones or the motor won't go into the other gears. I've got to get another myself since the one I was running finally petered out. I think MOJO started making one that was held up by 3 decoys and would pull them down when it cranked up. I had mine about 2 inches below the water. Would really make a wake.
