Mechanics took my boat to the lake and ran some test. Motor runs pretty good until you get to half throttle- then it drops 2 cylinders. At this time he is not exactly sure if it is the voltage regulator- or the stator. The voltage regulator is the cheapest route- stator is fairly expensive. I bought the motor used, and I have owned it for 6 years-first trouble. I hope 1 of these 2 items gets me back and running normal. I will give another update soon. Kenny (fireduck)

I don't know about you, but me and that "Murphy" guy are good friends, I'm betting stator. Is it possible it's a coil issue? Thanks for the update.
