moving to Minnesota this summer. House hunting right now. Would like to get back into shooting Green Heads. Looking around Stillwater and South of town. How are the opportunities along the St Croix and Mississippi? Totally new to Minnesota any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Tom

Hunting in that area can be excellent and points south but access is super hard for private land. Public is public . . . . some good, some bad, some ugly.

I moved to Stillwater 2 yrs ago. You have an open invite this upcoming season. PM me your contact info.

Stillwater is really nice and close to the Metro without being in the Metro.

Unless you have to be a MN resident to work at the capital, you may want to look across the river in WI. Taxes and property prices may be a little sweeter.
