My First Pintail

    I am 55 and I have been hunting Waterfowl on and off since 1970. Finally got one!!
    I have shot Mallards, Gadwall, Teal, Wood Duck's, Ringnecks, Scaup, Canvasback, Bufflehead, GoldenEye, etc..

    Too bad limit is one in Washington State, maybe it will change one day.

    Nice looking buck pin you got there.
    I took my son out on his first waterfowl hunt several years ago at about 12 years of age. The very first bird that came into our decoys at shooting time was a nice drake pintail. He took one shot and dropped it in the decoys. That one was a mounter for sure. Pintails have always been my favorite birds.
