I've talked to guys that have gone down to TX to shoot them and was told that they dump them in a hole/ditch, now that was 35 yrs ago.

Only thing they did wrong was dump them in water. I got an illegal dumping citation once, cost me $20 plus court costs.

It's the NWI Times, at one point they could not even deliver the paper to our address because they had a better idea on delivering papers, that said I hope you NEVER have anything serious reported about you by any news agency, getting the story correct is not what they do, they get a story, a story that sells is all they are care about, 1st amendment rights and all, facts in a story are like fog, it's there but they cannot grasp it.

Will see how well INDNR L.E. is at getting to the bottom of what should be an easy case.

First off it is "Wanton waste".

And I do not see how dumping birds you retrieved is wanton waste.

Wanton Waste—It is illegal to kill or cripple any wild animal without making a reasonable effort to retrieve the animal to include in your daily bag limit. It is illegal, however, to enter private property without permission to retrieve downed game. Before you hunt, make sure you have permission to track game on land adjoining your hunting area.

They should reword and broaden their description. This is clearly a case of waste.

Correct. This is not wanton waste. If they had thrown them in a dumpster it would have been 100% legal.
