Hey guys im from the Chesapeake bay area more exactly Havre de Grace Maryland and I will be traveling to Mobile Alabama for vacation this year. This will be my first ever trip to the area and need info on everything. Like where to eat , fish , swim and if my 18' John boar would be worth bringing down to fish in. Thanks in advance it will be 2 adults and 3 kids if that helps we would love to be able to do some of the off the beaten path type of things. By the way it will be during the week of june 22nd. I would also be willing to do a trade a trip if anyone is interested in bodybooting on the flats of chesapeake bay for an offshore trip

Long way to tow a boat.

Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores or East bay is better than Mobile.

    Food is good all over.

    Red Snapper, Oysters and shrimp.

You can fish out off piers or take a charter trip.

I am thinking about something similar. How is the fishing in the gulf about this time of year through the end of July? I would be looking for a charter.

Warm water this time of year about ruins it along the coast in SC.
