    The above three rivers are categorized as navigable. Dropping an anchor is incidental to navigation. Put in lay person’s
    terms this means “temporarily” on the bottom lands of another in order to fish or steady their boat while they are in
    the boat.

    Obviously, the navigational action of anchoring is temporary. People can be cited for physically trespassing.....not an anchor.

    Amen Jim. I tried it numerous times as a kid (and that was a long time ago). Got run off the water twice, threatened (damn kids) twice, CPO's ( Game wardens back then) escorted me once, Luckily never got arrested. Not worth the effort. I hunt to relax. Don't want to have to worry about that kind of problem.
