Now I'm enjoying watching an hearing hunting stories and piddlin with things for the Grandsons to try out. Like to be able to watch, read an learn more each and everyday. Do wish you boys up North would send some ducks down to SW La. though! Even though I'm busted up some I still have the itch and as soon as I can get out of nursing duties for my X I'll be joinin you fellows out in the wild once more. Still got lots of things I'd like to do. One word of advice always just shoot at one bird no matter how many are in your face, learned that along with when hunting alone in salt grass only kill one at a time as I've lost far too many by killing more than one at a time and not being able to find them without a dog. Started going with my Dad at 4 years old and owned my first 410 at 6 and a 12 dble when I was 12 and allowed to hunt alone.
