Or they may have been looking for a reason to kick her to the curb - and her latest middle finger escapade w/ the straw that broke the HR Camels back...
His own words work for me.
That would be more believable.
They didn't need a reason. From the article:
Virginia is an employment-at-will state, which means that an employer can fire "any employee at any time, for any reason, or for no reason," according to the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry website. "As a general rule, therefore, the employee has no right to challenge the termination."
In the interest of keeping PAF content well directed...
Who is it being referenced as "work(ing) for a senior director that is a staunch R."?
Unsupported stuff is opinion only.
Not for me. Please credibly support items presented as fact.
Having to post this as often as you do, do you have a template you keep handy? Maybe a Word document opened in the background that you can just copy/paste from? It'd save you some typing...
Good ideas there. I've been using some auto fill functions that don't work all the time.
What? I though saying "crapper rumor" and "IMOO" was enough for the mods here.
I believe that's only if you state "crapper rumor" or "IMOO". Never saw it stated above.
When disclaimers such as "crapper rumor", "IMOO", etc, are explicitly posted, such labeling is acceptable (vague inference is not considered explicit).
Otherwise, my PAF policy has consistently required that items presented as "fact" require third party support. When I detect unsupported content or its pointed out by others, count on a request for support being made.
Also note, should support reference not be forthcoming, the unsupported content is at risk of being deleted. What I'm looking for is "reasoned exchange" rather than "throwing stuff on the wall to see what sticks".
