Has anyone used Walkers Guide Service? Good, bad, ?? Do you have any other recommendations? We just want to put the dogs on some birds.
    Thanks.

Don't you get on birds without guides?

Most assuredly.....in places where I have access to land. Since my wife and I are only looking at hunting 3 days, in an area I've never been to, a guide makes a lot more sense than spending 2 of the 3 days knocking on doors and riding. We wouldn't mind coming to Kansas. Can we come hunt with you?

Do your homework, many guides in Kansas are known for being poachers/lawbreakers. If you want to line their pockets and likely squeeze out more locals and youth, that's your choice. I have hunted up and down this flyway, never needed a Guide. The irony of it is that if guides didn't control so much land, your freelancing would be much easier. You see the vicious cycle?
