I did something wrong, but you still get the picture. Not many ducks were seen, but the geese were flying! Look closely at the white headed duck! Not to bad for Old Hickory
Is that a duck or ross goose?
On the west side, decent opener, slowed down today but 60 degrees. What do you expect.
Mixed bags, malards, pintails, gadwalls, teal, blue bills, ringnecks, snow goose and couple of blue geese.
looks like a hen old squaw and a hen red breasted merganiser
Stuff, you are right on! We think that the old squaw is a very immature drake . It FELL in the bufflehead decoys!! Lone single- the red breasted did the same thing! Duck action was slow- but the geese kept it interesting! Young boys were very happy!! Hope for more action. fireduck (Kenny)
Old Squaw in TN?!? Congrats!
Kenny, glad you had a nice little shoot.
West TN was hit or miss. We did ok for the dry conditions.
Yes it was good! We had a new "ROOKIE" and he had a blast! GOOD TO HEAR FROM YOU!! Hope you have A GOOD SEASON!! I will be in touch! Kenny
