Here in Ontario my pup received 3 parvovirus vaccines, the last one at 16 weeks. My vet told me the last one at 12 weeks was probably 97% effective with the final one bringing it up to just over 99%. So we are good to go and have been enjoying our outings. I greatly appreciate everyone who took the time to respond to my queries. I find at my age I have to check for the latest because so much is old info.

Good to see you're still with us, John.

I like the last vaccine to be at or after 18 weeks of age. Its not the number of vaccines they get, its about when (age wise) they get them.

What age/week do you prefer the earlier vaccinations be administered?

    I usually do 6, 10, 14, 18 weeks of age.

Thanks that gives me a little more confidence in my spacing them out a bit more than most do.

I'm doing similar with my current pup.
