Cut pheasant into chunks 1" square or so. Slice bacon strips into 1" squares as well. Soak both in a mixture of Heinz 57 and Honey, equal parts of both (I know, didn't sound real good to me either but BOY was I suprised!) for an hour or so, then stick 'em on kabob sticks along with mushrooms, tomatoes, vidalia onions, whatever you like. Baste with more of the Heinz57 & honey while they're grilling. Grill til the bacon's done and the pheasant will be done as well but still moist.

Serve with an appropriate vintage of Guinness or Smithwicks or even a Bud Light of acceptable boquet.
