Pheasant & Wild Rice

    1 Breast of a Pheasant
    2 Mushrooms sliced
    Table Spoon sliced Garlic
    5 Split Cherry Tomatoes
    heat pot, coat with olive oil, salt brown in pot
    Add 1/4 cup Basque Norte Marinade to pot
    toss your mushrooms and garlic in bring to a bubble
    reduce heat to a low putt lid on and let cook for 15 minutes
    cook your wild rice,
    serve over the rice
    quick and easy
    Please try this with duck or goose it is great
