Here you go. BPI Load Of The Week. This is the lightest ITX13 or HW13 load in 12ga I know of. Of course, just reduce the shot to 3/4oz and you're fine pressure wise, speed will increase.
    130110-4519 12ga 2.75" Federal PlasticBasewad Fed209A Universal 34.0 PT1251 2 1/8f 7/8 382.0 ITX13 11,000 1,720 fold #4,6 UltraDuck LOTW
The Federa PB hull is the clear unibody hull that BPI sells. It's huge, the biggest hull there is in 2.75"... so of course you don't need it for the payload, but smaller hulls give higher pressures. In THIS case, if you don't have that hull, I would personally substitute the Federal/Rio hulls, or a plain Rio; or a Federal GM hull. If using Rio, then Rio209 would work. Of course this is now a multi sub untested load, load at your own risk. But, reducing payload to 3/4oz, and who really needs 1720fps and then even faster with the lighter 3/4oz load???? So I'd drop the powder to 31 or so and try it, looking for 1300 fps or so.

Dave not getting on your case here but I would question the load you posted up, magically BPI has once again changed the load data from their old load data. That 7/8 oz load you posted up used to be in the Fiocchi hull with the 616 primer and 26 grains of Universal at 8600 psi for 1325 fps, now they can shove 8 more grains of powder in there plus use a hotter primer and the load is safe and will fit ???
Here's the old load data, load is on the second page.

    Hmm, that is questionable hey?
I will say that fed pb hull is enormous, almost 3" volume. When filled with 9 shot, it holds 1244 gr vs 1185 for the clear Fiocchi, so that would drop the pressure a lot.
Still, with that 2nd datapoint, i might drop powder more than 31 gr even. I sure wouldnt load it as published.
    Thx 10ga!

I tried the 34 grain load in the Federal and RIO hull just to see, didn't fit in the RIO hull and if you used 100 pounds of wad pressure in the Federal hull it would just barley fit after crushing down the wad legs. 26 grains fit nicely in both hulls with no wad pressure needed.

Thanks Dave, I should have printed off more of the lotw recipes didn't think about them deleting half of them from the archives. But then didn't think I would loading itx-13 either. Hopefully I'll just order some 20 csds after Christmas but I might try that load to see how it works. Fackler is big on super high speed loads like Ned was and lot of those scare me. I see no need for more than 1400-1450 in steel and certainly no more than 1300 in heavier than steel.
