About time you got smart
I bought another Land Cruiser a few weeks ago. Found a 99 100 series with 98,000 miles, one owner, loaded up with mods. This one has the factory rear e-locker, ARB front air locker, TJM rear bumper, ARB front bumper with a Warn HS 9.5 winch, 43 gallon sub tank, Safari snorkel, 4.88 gears, ARB refrigerator, dual battery system, also put a new set of BFG KO2 tires on. I loved the FZJ80 I built but I think I like the 100 better.
Looks good! I think at some point I'm going to get rid of my truck and go with an 80 or 100 series. For what I'll actually do with it the 100 makes more sense, but the 80 is more appealing in almost every way.
Did you keep the 80?
I did not. I wound up selling it on ebay to a guy in North Carolina. It brought $16,000 which I thought was pretty good for a 1993 model but it was nice. After owning several 80's and 2 100's, I think I'll stick with the 100.
I imagine in the end that's what I'll end up with as I've still got my 60 for when I'm feeling retro
My '06 Tundra recently got new rims and camo tires
I really like those wheels!
Thanks. I can't decide what I like better, your Land Cruiser or your pictures of your Land Cruiser! Very nice.
I'm impressed with the number of Toyotas on this thread! All nice trucks. I have owned a couple in the past, now I'm back with a Nissan Titan. It's black + I live on a gravel road = no pictures.
