    man, you guys are some killers - don't see much coyote in these parts - would love to whack some varmints! although I did have a pair of yotes run up on my during turkey season one year down in south alabam.

    HammerTime - theres yote's everywhere! They aren't as visible as deer, pheasants, or waterfowl... but they're there! You probably have more dogs there in Alabama than I do in NW Iowa. I've had a helluva time gettin them out and a worse time shootin em but they're there! Don't doubt your terain, I guarantee they are there you just have to find them or call them in. I recommend you check out www.predatormasters.com if you want to find yotes, or even better, call those yotes in!

    Dont know where you live in Alabama, but I hunt pretty much the whole state and there are coyotes everywhere.... Just because you dont see them dosent mean there not there... Do a little scouting, get a few calls and start killing.....:dv

    After stand after stand of nothing for a week this varmint decided to take a dump 40 yards in front of me not more than 5 minutes after a sat down......didnt even start the foxpro yet.....I guess that's the way it goes
