Spit isn't an issue with the titanium. I can tell you I ran them in downright cold conditions and have iguana spit and saw no marked change in sticking vs regular materials. That was on the duck toneboards as I never ran Kelleys goose guts because I didn't like them as they took too much air to run, but goose guts never have spit issues. I can also say I heard no audible difference in the titanium toneboards vs acrylic, although the machining tended to be better on the titanium. The biggest difference sound wise in anything they sell is in the carbon fiber call bodies. They give the hollowness of maple, with the volume and crack of acrylic.
