    Slap on the wrist is all they will get. Just like almost every other time you hear about it happening somewhere. They make so much money that that small penalty they get probably almost makes it worth it

    $7500 fine, 3 years probation and losing your business for shooting out of a vehicle, over bagging and failing to tag doves doesn’t sound like a small penalty to me.

    Cool glad he is suffering for it. The 7500 isnt a big deal some make that in a week

    Yes, but Warden is no longer an owner and he was banned from any guiding profits for 3 years.

    I'm not sure that someone who has little qualms about breaking wildlife laws will be overly concerned with skirting the requirements of his probation. I.e. if he wants to, he'll go around any "ban" even if it means stretching the law past its limits.....

    Would catching banded mallards and Mute swans in a city park to collect their bands be a violation of MBTA?
