I was just wondering how many of you guys pro staff. Those of you that do how did you get your start. I love hunting waterfowl and have talked to a couple people about pro staffing and they all say thanks for showing interest but we have no openings. They were very impressed with the videos and pictures I sent them. Not sure if you are not an outfitter or guide they even look at you. Thanks for your thoughts on this.

Almost every waterfowl hunter must apparently go through the stage where they think Pro Staffing is "cool" or "badass". Other than discounts for products that you usually can buy cheaper on sale at rogers you literally dont gain a thing by being on a prostaff other than limiting your self to one brand of product.

Years ago I felt the same way. I was stacking birds (still do-even more). Could run a call. Had the latest gear. Running around like my **** didn't stink. Had to show it all off. Got me nothing except burned and supposed friends in the holes I had shown them. I assume your young so find no fault with your ideas. However one day you will wake up- go kill your birds and know enough to shut the hell up about it. Honestly the market is flooded and you really have nothing to gain.

So I've got this little duck lake. If I gave it a name and appointed some pro staff, could I make said pro staff come down and work on my barn? I need to dig some trenches and this might be a way to get it done. I would provide some cool hoodies for the effort. I'm kinda liking this pro staff idea! ;)
