Put the light bars on the blinds not the boats. The whole bay will be lit up like a Target parking lot.

I would say it would be better to put a few Solar Charged Driveway/Walkway Light on them in lieu of the Refleco Tape personally!!!!! Would be way more visible and safe than the tape idea... But then again we are talking about the State Gov't not Common Sense People!!!!

Some of us actually do this. It's better than the reflective tape idea.

This is exactly why I don't want local and state properties decideing on hunting plans. Because eventually some rich nature lovers will complain and the parks will use it to just shut down hunting cause its the easiest answer.

I'm sorry but something built off the shore isn't a new thing , sure there are more docks then blinds but neither of them are in the mark channel and neither need to have a way to be marked at night or having a law enforcing such . Now if such BS comes to be then it should be made for all such things built off shore and should be state wide and not just in the 1/3 part that has blind laws .

It just stands to reason that boater west of the salt know a little less and or worry a little less about the dangers of night time water .

To carry my point a little more the idea of forcing yet another law on the 1/3 hunter and not on the dock owners that are next to those blinds or the 1/3 on the other side of the bay or the other 1/3 that is west of I 95 is just stupid and salt on the wound to the family that lost a love one that hits something man made out in the water that wasn't force to mark it to warn night time boaters .

    LD

I agree with cbr. Learn to use reflections on the water to see what's around. Go slow in the dark.
