No It does not. I have doing this for thirty years. Spent HCL. Not Raw HCL. Yes all it takes is the stroke of a pen and it becomes ferrous chloride.

No one is mislabeling anything. That's just how the regs. are. Just another example how screwed up gov. can be.

That's quite a skill set you have there to turn an honest question into such a partisan and sanctimonious deflection. Have you ever thought of running for Congress? Your tactics are playing quite well among the electorate at the moment...

Some of these people on here think that if you want some regulation to keep the corporations in check( who have a history of polluting everything to save money) that you must be socialist. Its quite mind blowing.

And some of these people here think that if a person doesn't want to give the government any more control over their personal property they don't give a tinkers damn about the environment. I've got a broad brush to paint with too.

I don't care what you've been doing for 30 years. Changing the name of something on a piece of paper doesn't change the chemical formula. What exactly are you calling "spent HCL"? Is this "spent HCL" the same chemical formula as the "raw HCL"?

There's certainly A LOT of people like that. But does my quote below sound at all like that?

No. That's probably why I didn't quote it. My comment was directed at the broad brush that buck master was painting with, not you. Sorry if the quotes didn't make that clear.

There's a fine line between potentially destroying everything and overreach. Some regulation is needed. History has proved that to be so.
