Sent in my Mondo after i cracked the cork slot being too rough when i was tuning it. Sent it in, charged my card 1/5 for the replacement. No correspondence from them. Now I am not expecting the call back by the end of the season, but I was looking to see if there was any experience on here as far as return times, etc.? Also aware that its is probably peak return time of the year, as I was aware when I sent it in.
