Here it is the night before opening morning and I just realized that either I lost my cord reel with my long lines on it or it was stolen. Regardless, my really nice 1/4 extra stiff diamond braid sets are gone.

    So 2 questions ...

#1 is Decoy Rigs in Whiting, IN still in operation? Even if they are not ... does anyone have Bob's number or is he even still with us?

#2 If I cannot talk to the above ... any recommendations on where to pick up STIFF solid, sinking, 1/4 diamond braid? Not the floating nylon stuff the good stuff.

Mike Keller's sells green osprey line. It is sinking nylon, same as what we use on our crab pots but treated green. It's 100% nylon and does not float. I haven't used the stuff you're asking about so can't compare stiffness but I do use this and it is not soft like the cheap crap they sell at hardware stores.
