    Seen a bunch moving around Belleville/Freeburg again today. Ill be hunting tomorrow hopefully going to get into some

    And those birds knew how to tell time. At 3:05 they were all over ya while you were picking up decoys.

    That was the Rule for the old Southern Il. Quota Zone. No longer applies. Changed about 5 yrs ago. Shoot em in the lips till sundown!!!!!

    The same goes if you hunt near carlyle haha the ducks and geese all know how to tell time around there :mad:

    Not at Rend, there is only 25 geese here .:reader :cool:

    Well,I did see some geese up here yesterday.
    There are a few more than there has been.
    How much snow do you guys still have?
    We don't have any to speak of.
    Gonna be warm up here by Sunday.
    We should be seeing some by next week.

    The river should be passable by then to.

    Did not have any snow on ground yesterday, hsve not had for several days, however, a fresh inch on the ground already this morning, and more on the way. Doubt the birds will be moving North for a while. BTW, the counts are a tad bid off for Rend.

    One year and it was a while ago, they let us shoot till sundown the the last two weeks, it was fun sitting there and watching them come out under the power lines, then gettin that O### look on their faces:dv

    I remember when they got close to the quota the last couple of days you could hunt till sundown,and by 3:30 every pit would be done.
