    Totally unacceptable with last years rainfall, esp Colusa.

    wow.. colusa (where I will be on the opener) looks like it will be a mad dash for limited water.. will the quotas be as posted on that same page?? Seems like limited water for 14 and 34 hunters..

    Are you kidding they shipped all the water south by the end of april !!! There's none left.. Hope for a early rain..

    buddies 1100 acre club inside the bypass, just south of the refuge has had water for weeks and that's all the hunt zone they could get......? unacceptable. and someone can fill me in, i'm guessing the northern closed zone isn't flooded too?
