Cut them up into strap weights.

I have a strap weight mold just looking for answer to what there worth. He's a good guy not trying to stick it to him or spend too much just wondering what a fair price per lb would be

You can buy lead shot for under $2/lb so I wouldn't pay more than that.

$.35 - $.50 per pound is scrap price normally but it obviously fluctuates.

Google metal scrap in your county.

This past fall I bought a 100# of wheel weights from a guy for $15. It had around 20# of non lead weights mixed in. It was from a small tire store. It did take me about 4 hours of melting to remove the garbage (clips and slag) from the lead but well worth it.

Tire weights are usually alloy, which makes them brittle. Haven't had much luck molding them into anchors.
