Lots of ice fishing
I’ve been thinking about this, too, but she wants to be pregnant by our anniversary in May. We will see how it goes.
She said, if our kid is born during hunting season, I can still go as much as I usually do, because there is nothing to it when they are newborns. They just sleep and eat and her mom and my mom will want to come visit anyway.
And you are right to be.
You have every right to be skeptical and there is no way you hunt, golf, fish, or get to screw as much after the kiddo is born. I am speaking from experience!
Negative. She is just telling you what you want hear. I have lots of friends with kids birthdays and anniversaries during hunting season. It WILL cut into your hunting time.
No way that is true. But hey good luck. Im sure its been said by many over time.
For me some crow shooting hopefully.
Continue training for Ironman 70.3
Run Ironman 70.3
Host family reunion of sorts at my house in August.
Get house ready for family reunion.
Give some much needed TLC to boat and decoys.
No rest for the wicked...
Exactly right. I have friends who bought that line. Wives were "cool" with all the hunting husband wanted to do, and it wasn't going to change after the baby. It changed. Even if the wife thinks it's alright, her mother will be in her ear, and it won't be pretty.
I got married in August and both sons were born in June.
Smart man right there.
