I'm going to try to hunt mallard ducks in the woods of Arkansas this year. What do I need to have in my blind bag.

A-LOT of water.. Then add some more.. About 20 3'' thunder storms.. And a good pair of air force ones or new balances... A couple of tubes of jelly to make the razzing you will be getting from jack legs from Tennessee a little eaiser. oh yeah, and $500 for a permit

Thank so for the help. This is my graduation present from my parents. I don't want to go through a guide service because I've got a dog I trained last year and I know how to call really good. Any where you'd recommend I scout first? Not looking for your honey holes or anything…

Has anyone tried using turkey decoys as confidence decoys? Somebody told me it works pretty good.

Mos Def! Rig them up on fishing reels and throw over limbs to simulate the roost. Even the weeriest of Mallard can't resist. Extra double old school trick
