IMG_2580.JPG This is strictly my advice. I had a coworker set me up with a hive. He was going to walk me through. Another coworker bought a hive from him and was supposed to be the same way. He helped a couple times and kinda flamed out. I am glad he did. Most of the advice he gave was contrary to the local beekeeper association I finally joined. I learned more from a newsletter than I did from him. Also learned advice he gave caused the bees to work less hard. Moral it's good to take advice from lots of folks. The $15 for the association membership has been money well spent.

If you take 100 expert bee keepers and put them in a room you will get 100 different ways to keep bees. It's crazy! There is no set in stone way to keep bees.
