Potholes Mark sent me some pictures to post here on the 'Fuge of the buildup of snows on the Potholes. He said they have been there for 3-4 weeks, and the flock keeps growing. Pretty cool!

We had snows in Moses from November thru January. The least amount I saw during the season was maybe 1k, that was during our “cold spell”. When it warmed back up there were thousands up there. Will be interesting to see how this plays out in the coming years. Was it our mild winter that kept them there or are they just staying as far north as possible now. We will see.
And yes snows decoys are being ordered.

I saw a bunch of geese in the air around noonish that were't the right "color". I might have been watching snows.

The snows seem to really like Eastern WA now. I bet we will continue to see more every year. Talked to a guy who the biologist told him the numbers have been doubling in the basin the past 3 years.

I had 3k to 5k snows fly over the house a few minutes ago. They were feeding on fields north of me.
