    _MG_6266 1.jpg _MG_6492 1.jpg Boykinsbuddy and I were at a NWR last weekend and stepped on the X for Snow Geese. It had been frozen for a week and the Geese were in the fields all day. We were lucky enough to be right where they wanted to be!!
    We found and photographed 2 collared geese that were able to report.
    Here are a few from the weekend. I am just getting started processing all of these photos

    Great pictures. The one with the neck band also has a leg band. I would love to shoot a band!!

    I photographed 2 banded birds that day. I reported them and both were banded close to Nunavut, Canada. One in 2015 and one in 2016, both females.
