So Do I Have Pack a Pistol Now When Hunting Eastern Washington?

    Im not suggesting anyone is telling tall tales here, but I have to admit that I have more questions than answers when reading this. This sounds like a movie script. Why did the 2nd assailant continue to attack a man who is slinging lead? Why did grandpa switch to a knife? More sporting? Either way, Im glad grandpa didnt have to rely on a swiss army knife. A guy coulda easily pulled out the file or the corkscrew.

    I'm with Raptor's Child...As you read it, the tale gets tall REALLY quick. Damn story sounds like a Johnny Cash song.

    I talked to a police officer in Granger last Friday, and he had no idea what I was talking about. The cop actually had a good laugh about it when I told him the details.

    One would think the story (if legit) would make the rounds with law enforcement all over the Yakima valley.
