Southern style "Chicken-fried" duck breasts

    Here is the picture that generated all the requests for this recipe. One thing I need to point out is that it didn't occur to me to take pics of it until we had finished eating dinner that night. So this plate was actually made up using leftovers.

    Since I had several family members over for dinner, I cooked a bunch of breasts up like this. So this pic is of some of the last pieces to come out of the skillet and they look burnt, but they aren't. Bacon grease will get really dark like that the more breasts you cook.

    They tasted just fine, but they are very dark to look at. The gravy would be dark too, but the milk and flour lighten it up. :tu

    Dale's is found in the same section of the grocery store where you find the A1 and Heinz 57 steak sauces. Hope this helps for those of you who are having difficulty finding it. :tu

    Dales must be a southern thing, I have never heard of it.
    But if you place cheese cloth over the breast you can tenderize it indoors w/o the splatter mess.
