Soy and Ginger Duck Breast

    2 duck breasts
    1 cup soy sauce
    1 or 2 clove(s) garlic
    1 piece fresh ginger, about the size of your fingertip
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons brown sugar

    Place all marinade ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Pierce duck breasts all over with a fork. Pour marinade over duck breasts, cover, and refrigerate for about an hour. Remove the breasts and let rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Grill the breasts on a hot grill, baste with the remaining marinade while cooking. Cook to medium rare.
