Who makes a decent speck call for the money? I've looked at the Refuge Series from Saunders, Winglock, Haydels, and Sureshot. Any thoughts on these, or anyone else I should consider?

    Thanks

Riceland's poly would also be my suggestion.

It depends on your calling style, and how much you want to spend.

Haydels is cheap , bud is a pretty difficult call to run. I. ran one for years before there were so many other good choices. I can still kill geese with it, but it is more work.

Quackhead makes a decent one for cheap, and come with a CD.

Zinc makes one the is pretty easy blowing. So does Lares.

Tim Grounds makes one that is pretty good, and probably the loudest call currently on the market. ( Not always a good thing for a beginning caller).
