Go someplace where you can blow a few. My son and I have settled on Riceland although I have an old redbone in the drawer and a few others we have ran over the years. The other option you have is watch the classifieds and see what comes up over the summer for sale.

RedBone released a poly call a few months ago. They are legit. TO ME, for $85, you won't find a more realistic sounding call. Everyone will tell you to blow a bunch of calls... Just go listen to some sound files and then decide on what "sound" you like. From there on, buy that call and just get good on it. Tinker with it. LEARN how to tune it, run it, disassemble and reassemble. Practice on it as much as you can and just learn new sounds on it. If not, you will have a drawer full of unwanted calls. For me, my drawer is full of RedBone calls, cause they sound identical to a speck.
