Looks like DFG spent a lot of time on this .

Also opening up some type C areas for the late goose . Still excludes the type A Valley refuges .

This place hasn't had a good spinner debate for a long time . :l

I say screw all the alternatives. And go with the Project keep it simple going to alternative is just opening a can of worms.

On the spinner issue. "The Sqeeky Wheel Gets the Grease" holds true again. Justification for even talking about it is 100 letters to 12. But common sense says that when something is LEGAL people don't write letters saying I support this activity. So right now they can say that its aprox. a 10 -1 split with the 10 being against spinner in the hunting cummunity on spinners.:doh So if you support spinners you need to write a letter saying your in support of this activity. Or if your not write a letter. Either way you don't exist if you don't write a letter.

Now take this out to other subjects. See how it works things are going along fine and dandy but a group of complainers start writting letters to F&G about god knows what. Then all of a suddon they will come out with a plan saying how the majority think it needs to be changed since the only letters they have are negative. I bet most subjects that are Legal have more letters against than for on record. Common sense would say so.

So write a stupid letter saying you support hunting then fishing since I am sure there are more letters against them than for them on record.:doh

I can't believe our highly educated Fish and Game personnel were able to draw a conclusion about banning a hunting decoy, from 112 letters. The logic is just stupid, and your post is awesome.
