I'll echo the Terror Tubes being the best long range choke I've used. I keep one in my vest for days with a high wind. Back when I was entertaining guests, basically guiding, it was all I shot since I shot last and all cripples. I think I've been using is for 14 years in my 70. Now that I mostly hunt for fun, a skeet choke gets about 90% of the work in a season. But if the wind gets above 15 and the ducks are the least bit skittish, the Terror goes in.

And I do have several Patternmasters. I was content with them until Jeff sent me one of his to try.

If you noticed on the pattern paper it says the amount of STEEL powder and Win cup plus Gas seal. I used a factory salvaged 10 gauge Winchester Drylock Shot cup and Gas Seal for that load, very few wads have the capacity to hold 1 3/4 oz of F steel. Think the old BP MM would but that's about it, so I used the Winchester wad that I knew would hold it. It's not in the manual for that reason. I'll send you the recipe if you want it.

Thanks I would like to have it.
Did you cut open factory shells to get the wads and seals?

Just wondering how you get the gas seal out without damaging it? I can use needle nose pliers to get the wad but the seal is different story, just wondering?
