Even Winston the foster dog makes himself at home.
It takes coercing to get my dog up on furniture, but he lives inside. We bought him a big ole dog bed that he loves.
In the house with te ac or heat. On the couch or her dog bed, but never in the bed rooms or in the bed.
Dogs can get spoiled in the field, too. This is Gus, still a pup, back at camp after his very first day in a duck marsh actually hunting. Opening day.
And this is Jojo, who wasn't going to let another dog beat him to a free ride out to the marsh on the second day of opening weekend.
No hunting dogs here...but the house dogs do a good job of keeping the furniture from floating away.
90% of the time, I have a chihuahua on my lap.
I’m good with that.
Nice looking dogs. Any of them related?

In the house with the rest of the family. And all I ask for in return is "I think it'd be just swell if you were to jump naked into that ice water & go and pick up those ducks we just knocked down.".
